The smartphone has become an integral part of our everyday lives. Since 1983, when the world’s first cell phone was introduced, these amazing devices have shrunk in size, while increasing in capacity. Today’s smartphones have more computing power inside of them than the desktop computer of a generation ago. Tied to a massive, worldwide wireless phone network, the smartphone has become not only a multi-media communications nexus, but fulfills many other tasks in our lives.
As the technology in the phones themselves has increased, so has the technology behind the cell phone system. We are currently on the cusp of a transformation from the fourth generation (4G) of this technology, which has been the mainstay for the last 8 years, to the fifth generation (5G).
What’s different about this new 5G system? More than anything, it offers wider bandwidth, which translates to more information being transmitted over the system. We’ll see that manifest itself as faster response to the multitude of data we search out on the internet.
Part of the driving force behind this changeover from 4G to 5G isn’t faster download speeds on our smartphones though, it’s the internet of things (IOT). As more and more devices are being built, which have their own autonomous connection to the internet, that wider bandwidth is needed. Otherwise, we humans, the masters of the internet, will find ourselves being crowded out by the things we are connecting to the internet.
As part of this change, we’re going to see many more cell phone towers… or perhaps we won’t see them. They’ll be there, all right; but we may not notice them. That’s because these new “cells” will most likely have their smaller antennas mounted on light poles and traffic signals, rather than on use-specific towers. So, while we will be surrounded by them, we may not notice it.

The Danger of 5G
Fifth-generation cell phone systems, like all previous versions, will operate off of radio waves; otherwise known as electromagnetic radiation (EMF). In order to provide continuous coverage, this EMF will, of necessity, be all around us. But it already is. Even before Marconi invented the radio, we inhabitants of the planet Earth were exposed to EMF from our Sun. However, mankind has greatly increased the amount of EMF in our atmosphere through the use of radio, television, remote controlled devices, WiFi and now our cell phones.
We are constantly being bathed in a sea of EMF. There are those who see this as a danger; that the constant assault of EMF is killing us. While there are no definitive scientific studies which conclusively demonstrate any correlation between EMF and health issues, and only a few which give any indication of a possible correlation, the idea persists strongly in some circles.
There are two basic variants of the story going around about the dangers of 5G. The first is essentially the same as is being used with smart meters. This variation equates electromagnetic radiation with nuclear radiation, saying the two are essentially the same. They aren’t, but to those who don’t know the difference, the arguments being used can be pretty convincing.
Electromagnetic radiation and nuclear radiation are not in the least bit alike, nor do they have the same effects. While there is evidence to believe that electromagnetic radiation goes through the body, just like nuclear radiation does, there is no evidence that it kills cells as it passes through. However, gamma rays, which are a component of nuclear radiation, kill a line of cells right through the body, as it goes through. That’s a huge difference.
The second variant of the story equates EMF with microwaves. This variant is at least a bit more scientifically accurate, in that the frequency that cell phones operate under falls within the wide range of frequencies (300 MHz to 300 GHZ, or 1 m to 1 mm, which are labeled “microwaves”.
But now we get to the misunderstanding. To most people, the word “microwaves” refers to the microwave oven in their kitchen, not to EMF. So, when people say that 5G cell phones produce microwave EMF, they automatically think of those radio waves cooking their brains.
They aren’t the same though. Microwave ovens operate at a very specific frequency, 2,450 MHz. This specific frequency is necessary so that it can cause dielectric heating of water, as water is in all foods. Without getting into technicalities, a specific frequency is needed, so as to cause the water molecules to generate the movement of those molecules, turning back and forth. It is this turning that converts that microwave EMF energy into heat energy.
Since the EMF of cell phones doesn’t operate at this frequency, it doesn’t cook our brains.

Is That Conclusive?
To be honest, this is an area which hasn’t been studied enough to come up with any hard and fast conclusions. It may be many years before we know for sure whether the EMF from our cellphones and from the rest of our appliances for that matter, are harming us. Sadly, the way we will probably find out is through a statistical increase in certain kinds of cancer or other disease.
Some have stated that cellphones cause a type of brain cancer called giloma. One study shows that the highest possible rates of exposure increase the incidents of giloma and that the giloma would be found on the same side of the head that those people hold their phone. However, the same researchers making that report state that there is not enough of a connection for them to conclude that it was caused by cellphone use, probably because of the relatively few cases they were able to get data from.

How Can We Protect Ourselves?
With the possibility that EMF from our 5G cellphones causing us harm, some would say that we need to protect ourselves, just in case. I won’t argue that; it’s something you must decide for yourself.
But that doesn’t mean that it’s tin foil hat time. While a tin foil hat would protect your brain from all sort of EMF, there really isn’t a need to go to that extreme… at least not from your smartphone. There are simpler things you can do, without having to have people look at you strangely, because of your tin foil hat. Of course, if you want that, go for it.
Radio propagation or EMF operates under a physical law known as the “inverse square law”. Applying it to this situation, this tells us that as we double our distance from a radiation source, regardless of what type of radiation, we quarter our exposure to it. So, the greater a distance we can have from the source of radiation, the less impact it can have on us. Based on this, there are a number of things we can do, to lessen any potential impact the EMF from our 5G phones (or any other cell phone) can have on us:
- Use to on speaker phone – holding the phone in your hand in front of you puts the phone several inches farther from your brain than holding it right next to your ear
- Use a Bluetooth headset – if you need privacy for your conversation, consider using a Bluetooth headset, rather than holding the phone up to your ear. While the Bluetooth also produces EMF, it is at a much lower level than that of the phone itself. Wired headphones eliminate the EMF that Bluetooth would emit
- Don’t sleep with it under your pillow – cell phones communicate with the tower regularly, sending out a signal to tell the local cell that they are there. Sleeping with it under your pillow exposes you to close-range EMF every time the phone communicates with the tower
- Don’t carry it on your body – moving the phone from your body to your packpack or purse moves it away from your body. When at home or in the office, set the phone on your desk or a table
- Avoid using the phone excessively – while smartphones are extremely useful, many of the things we do on them can be done in other ways. You don’t have to use your cellphone for every internet search, if you have a desktop computer available to you
- Hardwire your computer, rather than using WiFi – WiFi produces EMF, just like 5G does and as 5G increases, we can expect to see people connecting their computers to it, rather than through WiFi. Using a hard wired “Ethernet” router and home network, where you have physical cables connecting your computer to the router and the router to the source reduce the EMF you are exposing yourself to
- An anti-EMF Device.
While there is no guarantee that any of these steps will make a difference in your health, they will help to eliminate the potential risk from EMF. Considering that we don’t know what that effect is yet, these simple steps are probably worth doing.

The only “smart device” I have is a flat screen TV.
My youngest daughter wants me to get one of those new fangle phones but I don’t care for them, my flip phone works just fine when I need it.
TheSouthernNationalist,
I have a smart phone I use as a hot spot for some devices when traveling; but, a Flip Phone works well for normal on the road calling. Mine is several years old; but, will still respond to simple voice commands like: ”Call Home” or ”Call 911” and will also read text messages to me.
I’m typing this at a desktop and don’t really need to be connected at all times.
@The Ohio Prepper, my flip phone doesn’t have voice commands, you must have a later version than mine.
I can see that all this new stuff can be fun to have and if I were a much younger man I would have all the newest gadgets but the prices are insane! Some of these phones cost as much as a car!
I have a Samsung tv, but I won’t pay for cable. I have a DVD player and only watch movies.
@Lisa, is your TV hooked up to the internet via a wireless router or are you only using an antenna along with the DVD player?
Depending on where you live, there may be MANY free over the air channels available. Google it and see!
What do you have to do to get these free over the air channels ? My Directv is soon going up in price and I will be canceling my subscription. How do I get these free over the air channels you talk about ?
get a free TV antenna at Bed, Bath and Beyond or Target or Walmart, they cost about $10-$15… Plug it into your TV and WA-LA, FREE TV! No monthly charges.
just do an internet search for TV antenna (digital).
Be aware though, not all are created equal AND only work best in larger metropolitan areas.
When you get into more rural areas, most won’t work at all.
The commercial where the guy on the boat in the Gulf of Mexico getting TV stations is misleading.
Camera does not show the shoreline.
Also, in rural areas, there are obstructions between you and the transmitter.
Obstructions meaning buildings, land, etc.
Even external antennas have their problems.
Many places limit the size and height and some prohibit those antennas (HOA’S for example).
Many just aren’t big enough for greater distances.
Get Roku..free Amazon programming with free amazon shipping is only about $12 a month.
Roku program is free and lots of stations are free, just have ads, but not bad.
Lisa, me too!
I don’t subscribe to any netflix or other similar, I own several hundred tv shows and several more hundred movies. No local stations either. Just dvd’s.
I had a flip phone, but I can’t communicate with my grown children as they only text …I couldn’t share photos of my grandchildren or videos of them since they are thousands of miles away. So I had to get an internet one. ( sigh…)
I do not have wifi at all on my computer.
Considering the war that is brewing on this planet, I don’t think we’ll have too much to worry about when it comes to electronic devices…………….the EMP will fry most of them!
You’re right Ted, when and if we get sent back to the 18th/19th century we need to have our skills ready to use.
Many folks still have no idea how to raise food or even prepare it without electricity. Life will be tough for some.
I’d suggest you dig a little deeper. There are tons of studies of the effects of 4G available. I’s deadly enuf. If you extrapolate to 5G and millimeter wave frequencies they are far worse and more pervasive. It’s true there are few studies on 5G because the FCC and the telecom industry have been downplaying it and covering it up. Most of us don’t need any of the speed advantages anyway. If they hardwire 5G for those really needing it and not going RF would abate many health issues to all living creatures.
Wi-Fi by the way uses the same frequency as microwaves and is pervasive in most homes. Hardwiring as you suggest is valid or use a RFI screen to reduce harmful EMF. They are available. Being an Electrical (communications) Engineer I am very well aware of the electrosmog problem and the health issues. EMF is definitely a health issue, ,so take it seriously.
So post links to some of these studies you refer to so we can see the sources. And Hardwire and 5G are completely different technologies so they can’t “hardwire 5G”. However, hardwiring is a way to get around the RF issues of WiFi, Bluetooth, and the various cellulars. It sounds like you have some information we could use, so please post those links.
Dupin,
As a retired EE and Extra class Amateur operator like Chuck, I would also be interested in that information, since the studies I’ve seen with WiFi and other low power microwave signals (ZigBee & 6LoWPAN) show no serious problems.
I have numerous computers and 2 laser printers hardwired that also provides easier setup and better system security.
When I worked in a government office, they issued us wireless headphones so we could talk while, say going to the photocopier or writing up the last call. These were as I recall Plantronics devices. I called the company and the technician was evasive when I asked about its safety. I didn’t want to sit all day with a battery strapped to my head so said, “No, thanks, ” and just cradled the handset old school. Much as I dislike speakerphones, to this day I usually put the cell on speaker.
Govtgirl, I often deal with vendors, and used to use a Plantronics headset when “in office”, but it was not wi-fi, just “on and off” switch. It sounds like the Plantronics rep may have been “evasive” because he really doesn’t know and didn’t want to admit it. Since I am usually doing something with my hands like driving or on a PC when on the phone, I love blue tooth, hands-free, and speaker phones. That said, I will not set up anything for remote control systems like Alexi and Siri, they are not secure.
I drove truck long-haul for 25 years and used a headset for the majority of my calls but sometimes laid the cell phone on the pillow at night when I talked to the wife and kids. My ears would get so hot after 15 minutes that I would have to switch ears. Now I have Parkinson’s and my ears never stop ringing. That’s proof enough for me that 3G was bad. How bad does it have to get before all-ya-all wake up???
Chuck Richards W7MRT:
I totally agree. I stopped subscribing to a blog where the husband was like you and actually they both promoted 5G saying is was NOT harmful. They got quite mad when I suggested otherwise and gave links to other bloggers who agree with you and me.
It got pretty nasty on their part, so I just deleted them from my computer life.
Many women are also concerned about the possible link between breast cancer and the habit many women have of stuffing their cell phones in their bra. There is a line of small purses by a company called “Save the Girls” that have shoulder straps and a pocket with a clear touch screen panel so you can use the phone without removing it. Prices range from about $25-50. They’re cute; the store where I work carries them and they are well made, too.
We don’t have much say in what the government is doing as far as clearing and development of areas of 5G towers, but I am concerned about the fact that so much deforestation is “required” as a result.
I haven’t seen any women pulling their phones out of their bras to make calls or texts or to look up things. Most of them carry the phones in their purses already, but I’m in Texas and really don’t know how they do things in other parts of the country. Most of the 5G will go on existing towers, though of course as more demand for high-speed cellular continues, more towers will be needed
Many younger girls do carry their phone tucked into their bra…especially when at the gym or in a bar or somewhere where it’s not convenient to carry a purse and you may not be wearing pants that have pockets. Personally I think there are a LOT more harmful things in our every day environment to worry about but I guess we can (possibly) add this to the list.
I don’t agree with your point “Use a Bluetooth headset”. Think about it for a sec. Bluetooth is a frequency and it is getting into your head with your BT receiver on your ears. A much better option is to use an air tube headset. Also I would highly recomment that one get an EMF meter and put your cell phone in am EMF blocking sleeve. One I can recommend is the one made by SYB (https://www.shieldyourbody.com/). I have an EMF meter at home and can verify that my SYB cell phone sleeve really reduces the EMFs to near zero levels. I used my meter and went around the house and got some surprising results. One is that my regular cordless phone was putting out so much EMF pollutions it was like a 2nd router. I converted it over to a non-cordless phone and actually felt much better in my own house. Another device that had high EMFs was actually my paper shredder! I was surprised on this one. Now I plug it in only when I need it an pull out the plug when I don’t. 3rd surprising thing was the weather meter I had (which was battery operated). It had so many EMFs coming out of it that hardly any space in my house was free of its signal. I took the batteries out of this thing and again, felt even better. Other things I’ve done to reduce the EMFs in my house is to get a router cover (reduces the EMFs by 95% and yes, I still get good signals for my computer and cell phones), and gotten EMF pads (by SYB) that go under my computer at home and also at work. Big difference. My eyes were going wonky and now they aren’t. I had no idea how much EMFs were affecting me until I removed the high producers of EMFs in my house.
What are your thoughts on orgonite, black tourmaline, etc. These are said to absorb electromagnetic frequencies.
Experts on artificial EMFs suggest you do all the avoidance first and then add in these devices.
Did anyone know that 5G is a military weapon?!! It was developed by our military in the 40 or early 50!! It kills people!! they are already near finished with 6G so look out for that! I know that heavy aluminum foil DOES work to stop the waves entering into the house! Make sure you know where your 5G meter is and cover it with the foil also your router, and use aluminum tape to attach it. Then fine where it is attached to on the inside of your house or garage tape the foil there as well so it will not emit into that area! I had to tape the foil in my kitchen cupboard! Because the meter was right outside of it. Be safe!!
With the miniscule amount of data needed from your smart meter, 3G is overkill. I don’t see the electrical companies spending the big bucks to go to a technology they don’t need, and if they do, it won’t be for another decade or more.
Dupin,
I think you are correct. My local coop replaced the meters some years ago and I had a talk with the technicians and engineers doing the install. Mine is not even a smart meter since the coop doesn’t see a benefit for those costly meters. What my new meter did add is an LCD screen and data over power line to eliminate the meter reader.
Lattelady9, have you checked with a meter to see how much of the signal/radiation is being blocked? Apparently there is dirty electricity also in our homes, and they recommend you put in a kill switch, to turn off the electrics in your bedroom at night. I saw a video the other day, of an ex general or something talking about how much they need 5G for the military, and doing his DURNDEST to talk it up and make everyone want to have it. It fits right in with the stupid new commercials I’m seeing on TV about how great it is. They are trying to get people to BEG for it! Also what I have heard for one of the main reasons they are doing this, is because the telecom industry has to make new things all the time so they can sell them and make trillions of dollar. Apparently they are WAY more well off than even big pharma (not sure about Monsatano). And my understanding is that NO testing is done on the health, safety and welfare of the cell phones (5g, 4g, etc). And since it doesn’t matter if this stuff kills everybody (laws and the ability to sue them) it would seem there is no point for these megamoneymaniacs to do any safety testing at all. I also found out that headsets DO NOT HELP! I had thought they did. If I ever use my cell phone (rarely) I now ONLY use speaker phone. It actually works really well on speaker. Plus I keep it a couple feet away from me. Also, if you have a meter guard on your smart meter, you have to do something for BEHIND it, because the rays will go out the back also!
Your 100% correct. While at Ft Bragg N.C., this was talked about. It is indeed a weapon.
Ranger Rick, did they happen to mention anything about the chemtrails? I’ve heard that they can be weapons as well, and I’ve also heard that they can be used WITH the 5G as a weapon, but what I heard on that was sketchy! Any other info you heard around there that would be interesting? Thanks for the info, by the way!
lattelady9, meaning no disrespect, but where did you get that information? I’m curious and would like to do my own research on this.
Cell phones (even the non-5G versions) and smart meters cause health problems without any doubt.
You can look around on the Environmental Health Trust site and find many articles, discussions, videos and talks on this. They also mention the NTP study (US government sponsored ‘cell phone study’ which shows ‘clearly that cell phone radiation causes cancer’. These were long term studies on rats (people don’t want to volunteer enough), the study design and results were vetted much more than most other studies. https://ehtrust.org/clear-evidence-of-cancer-from-cell-phone-radiation-u-s-national-toxicology-program-releases-final-report-on-animal-study/
There are very clear and impressive videos showing that both cell phone and smart meter radiation causes changes to blood cells which make these forms of exposure obviously unhealthy (red blood cells sticking together or clumping or changing their shapes which makes it impossible for them to do their jobs or even travel through capillaries) – check on YouTube etc for this ‘cell phone live blood microscopy’ or ‘smartmeter…’
There are decades old studies available from Russia where they checked out the health effects of both microwave and millimeter wave exposure of animals, plants and humans. The CIA ‘obtained’ and translated these studies and declassified them (you can find them online and read for yourself that a lot of damage is being caused by these EMFs).
The ‘dangerous’ EMFs talked about by people using the precautionary principle are the ones that are man-made and known to cause health problems (they can even damage plant growth).
Literally thousands of studies have been done and shown negative effects of these artificial EMFs on health and the environment.
Bioinitiative Report.org also has tons of these research papers available.
Another form of electrosmog we’re being exposed to is ‘dirty electricity’ – I found several spots in our house e.g., where my husband put dimmers (terrible noise).
I have been careful around cell phones before the 5G issue. I got one when I had to go abroad one time to be able to connect if needed. But this thing has remained off for most of the time I’ve had it and it has been off for months now.
My instinctive caution around cells and wifi etc were proven substantive when this insane city that wants to become the 1st larger ‘smart city’ mounted and activated its first 5G antennas in sight of our house. That’s when I became seriously sensitive to electrosmog. I couldn’t use parts of the house where dirty electricity was, couldn’t go into the garage where the smart meters are mounted on the outside wall, couldn’t walk outside in the thick stew of EMFs without eye strain/pain, numb skin, head aches, and the feeling as if my face skin/flesh was being pulled over my head. And sleeping more than 4 hours had become a ‘treat’.
No fun! Beware. 5G antennas even if they ‘only’ would emit 3 and 4G, are simply too close to life.
Even if you don’t feel it, it affects you. And at some point it will break your weakest spot in your health, then you’ll know that this kind of technology indeed IS a heath hazard.
I almost forgot. Since I am one of the few people in the neighborhood who even enjoys the outdoors, I also observed that bees are now dying in ways, numbers and places I haven’t seen them do so before.
When these insane people are finished with placing their Energy web into the orbit, then you better hold on to your underground bunkers (if you are one of those rich people who have one put in now.). The interference of this additional microwave radiation around our planet will further disturb our protective ozone layer, ionosphere, and Earth’s electromagnetic field. Then everybody and everything will be toast.
I forgot to mention that my eye sight deteriorated within weeks – before I noticed the antennas and I had more symptoms, I wondered why I suddenly needed reading glasses at my screen (this was with one month!); all the while I was walking for close to 1.5h/d in the neighborhood, oblivious of the new radiation. Here’s a new press release on 5G and health. https://youtu.be/S16QI6-w9I8
One also has to remember the phone is limited to 500 mW (1/2 Watt), but the transmitters are licensed at 1000 W transmitter power! Each tower site is like having several 1000 W microwave ovens radiating all directions 24/365!
Fred B,
First of all, your N3QXM callsign is no longer valid & expired 16 years ago.
Also modern phones have a limit up to 600 mw (0.6 watts) and the transmitters on the tower to 500 watts; but, more typically run only 100 watts per authorized channel.
So each tower site is not at all like having several 1000 W microwave ovens radiating all directions 24/365; but, even if they were their distance above the ground makes the exposure at the ground minimal, due to that ”Inverse Square Law”. Cell towers are typically 200 feet in height, meaning that the ground exposure is attenuated by a significant amount anywhere on the ground.
Here are some details worth reviewing.
Human Exposure to Radio Frequency Fields: Guidelines for Cellular Antenna Sites
oops, where is the long, well thought message I was sharing? Not censored is it? Even a response to Scott about devices was ‘removed’ ??? I can’t believe you;d censor here like the bad guys do on google. Too bad. ANd I wasn’t even a pain in the butt just shared what I experienced myself since 5G antennas were put up. Why the heck did I spend time writing and sharing?
Hi, Heidi. We’ve talked about that problem quite a bit on this website and people have come up with some innovative ideas to fix it so we don’t lose all that work. And I speak from personal experience because I hold the dubious honour of being the world’s worst typist. In other words it takes me a heck of a lot of time and effort to post even a few comments. Losing that amount of work is frustrating in the extreme. If you’ve posted your comment , Heidi, and it’s only been a couple of hours then your comments may still turn up. Sometimes it takes a few hours or even overnight for the website to process our comments. If it’s been more than that time then in all possibility the website has “eaten” your comments. The easiest way I find to get around this is to copy (highlight, copy and paste if necessary..highlight..left mouse button… copy and paste… right mouse button) what I’ve written. If the website gives me some kind of bogus error message and refuses to process my comments I just paste my copied message into a new reply and once again try to post my comment. Usually works the second time. Make it a habit. As soon as you finish writing your comments, highlight and copy them. If the website accepts your post, BONUS! If not you have your saved comments. Just paste them and re-post your comments. Hope this helps.
Heidi,
Your responses are there. I can see them.. Sometimes it takes a minute to see them.
Sorry, Claude. The jury’s no longer out, but the system’s corrupt. “While there are no definitive scientific studies which conclusively demonstrate any correlation between EMF and health issues, and only a few which give any indication of a possible correlation, the idea persists strongly in some circles.” Total BS! The peer-reviewed research exists, thousands of papers. It’s just being ignored by those who would profit from this. If you want to understand the profoundly serious health effects, watch this (9 min): https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=martin+pall+5g&view=detail&mid=CCC5C4BF438BC05EE661CCC5C4BF438BC05EE661&FORM=VIRE
This is one of several real and present dangers, genuine survival issues we are all facing.
Borneo,
If you think Electromagnetic Field exposure is one of several real and present dangers, genuine survival issues we are all facing then you should be congratulated, because there are so many others you must have mitigated and therefore be have all squared away to worry about such trivia.
Personally I’ve been exposed to these fields for about 50 years and have suffered no ill effects.
Ohio Prepper, have you previously been exposed to 5G? I know it’s been out there places as a weapon, but if you have been exposed to 5G for years, I would love to know about it! Borneo is right though. There ARE several real and present dangers, and 5G is definitely one of them. Just because there are other dangers does not negate this one. 5G, chemtrailing, human trafficking, vaccines, big pharma, pesiticides/antibiotics, EMFs, the Cancer Industry, lack of minerals in the soil as well as lack of good soil at all are all ones I have delved heavily into, and that I can think of off the top of my head. OH MY GOSH! I didn’t even mention EMP did I! The ones that Congress refused to harden our infrastructure to help mitigate, which other countries have done. Smart this, smart that, wifi. The world is dangerous in ways I could never even have imagined when I was a teenager. (and of course the fact that people have gotten so stupid they can’t even ride in the bed of a pickup truck anymore! Shoot! When I was in school it was illegal to take a calculator to school, because it kept you from learning what they were trying to teach. But kids took guns in the back of their pickup trucks, didn’t get vaccinated, and guess what? We all were okay with that! Not like nowadays, right? My son in law is a technowizard, and he also believes that all computer stuff is totally safe. He also believes all vaccines are totally safe, and that our government would never lie to us, and that medical doctors (mainstream) have all the answers. Chemtrails are NO problem! I don’t know what his IQ is, but it is up there; he is VERY smart! He gets all his larnin from the history channel! I read once an article from a psychiatrist on 911 and why people would not believe what was right in front of their noses. I guess it is kind of like normalcy bias. He said most people basically can’t handle the thought (mentally) that they are being lied to about everything. He said it is a defense mechanism. And you could show them absolute incontrovertible proof and their mind would not allow them to believe it. My feeling is that this is what is going on with people who believe that all our technology is safe. Smart chips in baby diapers is one of the most criminally insane things I have ever heard of! (Sorry, that didn’t really fit here, but it gripes my goat!) What’s that song? Make the World Go Away!
Heidi, Arlene: there is a concerted move by a frightened telecoms industry to block posts that threaten their trillion-dollar rollout (which is being shot down in many countries): see https://www.globalresearch.ca/telcos-losing-battle-impose-5g/5691065 for an up-to-date list of where they are losing the battle. They are also engaging in other kinds of information warfare.
Most 5G in the U.S. is fake 5G, like the new T Mobile network, more of an enhanced 4G that will work with the new 5G phones. True millimeter band 5G requires a dense network of antennas, thousands of them in a metro area, and America doesn’t make them. Huawei is the largest supplier of 5G equipment, dwarfing the Korean and European companies, so don’t expect true 5G here anytime soon, meaning we are about to become hopelessly backward compared to the rest of the Industrial nations. Real 5G opens the way for driverless vehicles, widespread use of A.I., the advance of quantum computing, and the replacement of most skilled labor by robots. Our idea that it’s just for downloading movies faster is a measure of our ignorance.
Instead of worrying about cell towers frying your brain, current real problems are the incredible bubble that massive corporate tax cuts are causing in the stock market, N. Korea about to have the ability to launch HEMP attacks, and trillions of dollars of world wide wealth being wiped out if we start a war with Iran and they exercise their ability to devastate oil production and export facilities throughout the Persian Gulf. These are SHTF events you can’t protect yourself from by wearing a tin foil hat.
Don’t have any scientific facts to post. But my brother works at place that builds cell phone towers. He says they are busier than cats covering sh!t in a sandbox! Mandatory overtime and weekends. Still can’t keep up.
IvyMike,
Actually the 5G that T-Mobile is rolling out is on their newly acquired 600 MHz spectrum. Using the 600 MHz spectrum (50 cm band) gives them better and deeper coverage without the inherent problems, of millimeter wave that has reflections, absorption, nulls and shadows similar to light. They claim to have two 5G devices available for pre-sale with coverage that spreads deep into suburban and rural areas of the US.
Huawei Technologies is indeed the largest provider of true 5G; but, there are currently trust problems with possible connections to the Chinese government and the PLA whether there may be code within the devices to permit spying. Having designed software for more than 50 years and hardware for more then 40 this could be a valid concern.
I think this is overstating the case just a bit.
All of these things can and are being accomplished without 5G.
I have engineering friends who work at Honda R&D locally, one of whom runs their antenna ranges. The shark fin antennas on modern vehicles contain as many as 7 antennas including vehicle telematics for vehicle to vehicle communications for self driving and safety without 5G required are also still advancing
Both A.I. & quantum computing without 5G involvement are happening now. Here’s a recent development @ Intel: Intel Labs unveils cryogenic control chip for quantum computing
https://venturebeat.com/2019/12/09/intel-labs-unveils-cryogenic-control-chip-for-quantum-computing/
As for the measure of our ignorance unfortunately topics like math and physics are all too often left to the geeks & nerds like me (and maybe you?) who are often thought of as not important like the reality shows and sports. It’s why people still read their horoscopes and are fearful of 5G frying their brains, although in some cases I don’t know how you could tell.
I don’t see that bubble except for a few offerings like Uber and maybe Tesla, since corporate earning seem to be rather solid.
Employment is at a high and real income growth is running around 3%.
I think they may already have that ability; but, for now both the US & China are keeping them from such an attempt. Notice that their Christmas present seems to have been another bluff, something they have been good at for generations of Kim’s. I also think Trump scares them like Obama and others never could
Like North Korea, I think Iran realizes that while they could cause short term problems in the gulf and the strait, they would be unlikely to survive. Note also that the US has become one of the largest producers and potentially a large exporter of petroleum products and could quickly fill that void.
True. We protect from them by seeing their potential and preparing to mitigate each as best we can afford.
I have 0 math skills (I make my living with a shovel) but love reading about technical stuff. 5G is not just about download speed, the speed with which the system acquires and processes info is such that the AI operating a vehicle is able to respond to its environment faster than a human brain. This is going to allow robotics to expand in all sorts of areas beyond bolting cars and dishwashers together. I don’t understand the Derivatives Market either but evidently through that market every financial institution in the world has trillions of dollars invested in Petroleum markets, not production, and a quick jump in the price of oil to 150.00/BBL will wipe out world finances overnight. The Yemeni attack on Saudi infrastructure put the fear of God into the Saudis, they are suddenly negotiating with everybody, and that was only a couple dozen Iranian sourced missiles. If Iran is attacked by America they well might respond with thousands of missiles targeting oil infrastructure all over the region. Boom, 150.00 BBL oil, Black Swan event, SHTF.
The problem with stocks is that companies aren’t expanding production, the only reason the Markets are going up is that there is nothing to do with all the money the Fed is printing but bid prices up way beyond real value. There is an irrational exuberance here, as Greenspan said before the dot.com bust.
As you say, be prepared, keep informed, mitigate as you can afford and the first step to affording it is to get out of debt and limit financial risk.
IvyMike,
I have mad math skills and have had to use them for the past 50 years, and A.I. doesn’t need 5G ”networks” to acquire what it needs for making autonomous driving computations; however, the direct vehicle to vehicle data speeds are important to allow a line of traffic to act as a swarm. As an example, a line of vehicles are traveling @ highway speeds in a bumper to bumper configuration and a deer jumps out in front of the lead vehicle. The lead vehicle ”warns” the others as it applies braking. That warning along with collision avoidance in each vehicle allows them all to apply the brakes, essentially simultaneously. 5G or similar technology in the V2V is needed only at that location and does not need a network. In some configurations each vehicle only communicated with the close vehicles all of which relay the information to the others in what is called a self configuring mesh network.
While I’m retired, I have friends who work at Honda R&D locally who are working on this technology, and some local highways are being used as current test beds for the technology, that also includes multiple HD cameras and LIDAR, (RADAR using pulsed laser light instead of microwaves). For now those test vehicles also use a human driver as backup.
As for Derivatives, they can get complex; but, I made one of my best returns using that method. As a simple example, back in the 1990’s I kept seeing advertisements in both common and trade magazines for various digital devices, from MP3 players, to cameras, to industrial recording devices and other things. The common thing about all of these advertisements was that each displayed FLASH memory cards for use with the devices. Back then they were the new Compact Flash (CF). The devices were first manufactured by SanDisk in 1994 and preceded the current SD (Secure Digital) and Micro SD cards. Since all of these ads contained photos of SanDisk components, a company I had not yet heard of since it had only formed in 1988, I did some research and purchased shares in SanDisk since it would ”Derive” profits from all of those other devices. I purchased 1000 shares @ $3.00 each and within 5 years had sold a small batch @ $28.00 to recoup my investment and the rest north of $100.00 by the end of the 1990’s. I’m no investing genius; but, if you keep your eye open and purchase what you know, you can make some money.
Another example was when he went with his daughter to the local Mall and saw all of the teens hanging out and spending money at “The Gap”. A bit more research and another great investment.
Perhaps the most important thing I learned from him is that there is no stock market; but, there is a market of stocks and proper research can pay good dividends even in a down overall market.
Another example would be if you knew that an auto company was making a new van that used a lot of glass, so you purchase chares in the glass manufacturer and derived profits from them.
For petroleum, owners of refineries, shipping terminals, pipelines, etc. could all be derivative plays that could be affected by the price.
Keep in mind that diversification can help here, since a rise in crude prices could cost refineries more; but, would allow marginal drillers to operate at a better profit and provide more product into the system.
As for an irrational exuberance that’s not as true as one might think, although the MSM would like us to think that’s the case and that we’re headed into recession. As an example, the recent IPO of Uber, a company that has yet to make a profit was a big failure; however, companies that make real products and profits are doing quite well. In my IRA I own CAT (Caterpillar), VZ (Verizon) and MO (Altria group) all of which are paying nice quarterly dividends based o real profits.
When Greenspan mentioned the irrational exuberance during the dot-com era of the 1990’s, he was correct, since money was being tossed at any IPO like the rules had changed. Remember Pets.com that began operations in 1998 and liquidated in 2000? Back then people pretended the rules were different and talked about burn rate like it wasn’t important. The current market is not that market.
One of my mentors, at least through his books was Peter Lynch. As the manager of the Fidelity Magellan Fund between 1977 and 1990, he averaged a 29.2% annual return. He described how he did this in simple terms as watching the real world. He was grocery shopping with his wife and saw an end cap display full of large plastic eggs that women were buying fast. He had his wife purchase and try one and when she liked them, after doing his research he purchased a stake in Hanes who made the Leggs PantyHose and made a fortune for the fund.
Other than normal monthly bills like electricity, we have no debt other than a small car payment for a much needed 2nd vehicle, no mortgage, few other bills, and pay off our credit cards in full each billing cycle. In fact when credit cards are used judicially, they pay you interest instead of you paying them.
Wow, great stuff, you’re like talking to my Fiduciary except you don’t charge me.
Something I’ve always wondered (since you have mad math skills), and this is an important question in my mind anyway, but back I believe in the 1930s Einstein said only 6 people in the world had the math skills to understand the Theory of Relativity. Have all the generations of mathmeticians growing up with this theory seen an increase in the number of people with such high ability? Are there more geniuses now? I always wonder, I read about child geniuses wowing everybody in graduate school, then they just disappear into the overall noise of the world…
IvyMike,
I started with “One Up On Wall Street” by Peter lynch and then started trading on paper, taking more than my share of losses as I learned.
Then in 1994, my late best friend pointed me at a new online brokerage (perhaps the first), called ”PCFN” the “PC Financial Network” were we both opened accounts and started some trading with a little bit of cash. I made my first big killing (of sorts) there with SanDisk. That site / company was acquired several times and is now E*Trade where I still maintain an account with one of my IRA’s.
In 2000 I lost my job due to the small company closing and when I had another job a few weeks later, I opened an IRA there and rolled over my 401K.
You can check online stock prices numerous places and can start playing on paper as I did.
I think what Einstein meant had to do more with mindset than math skills, although deep math skills could have helped to understand his new paradigm.
His paradigm wasn’t as much in the math as the new way of looking at the physics of the universe.
Prior to Einstein we understood Newtonian physics that we all use today.
Throw a basketball up and we know it doesn’t go on forever, since gravity starts to pull it down. At the proper force and angle, it will continue to travel forward in a ballistic arc and end up in the basket.
Likewise, if you put an engine on a projectile (a rocket) and keep running the engine, the rocket will continue to accelerate.
Within the new Einstein relativistic paradigm; however, as that rocket accelerates closer to the speed of light, it gets more massive and requires infinitely more power to propel it. Not and obvious conclusion to the Newtonian paradigm.
Another oddity is that when 2 bodies approach each other at speed in normal physics, their speeds are summed, so 2 vehicles each traveling at 50 mph hit as a 100 mph head on collision.
At relativistic speeds however, this is not the case, since a mass cannot exceed the speed of light ”C” so two masses traveling toward each other @ 0.7 C are not approaching @ 1.4 C.
There is also a paradigm called time dilation, in the theory of special relativity, that is the “slowing down” of a clock as determined by an observer who is in relative motion with respect to that clock. The 24 satellites in the GPS constellation all have code to correct for that time dilation due to their speed difference. As an experiment, that correction has been turned off and the proper time difference has been observed, proving the theoretical.
I owe most of my understanding of relativity to a college professor I had back in the 1970’s. Dr. James F. Corum who is now an Associate professor in the department of electrical engineering @ West Virginia University, Morgantown.
He was working on his PhD @ Ohio State University and they had to send it to other colleges for evaluation; however, he could teach physics to grade school students and make them understand. Best instructor I ever had.
Like I said, it’s more a baseline mindset than ability.
As a thought experiment, if one could travel back in time to meet the founding fathers and take two items, I think we could demonstrate this.
Hand them an AR-15 and explain how it works, and since they already understand the basic operation of burning powder, a projectile and recoil they could quickly understand how it functions.
If however, you take a pair of simple FRS radios that allow two people to magically talk at a distance, you would have to explain radio waves, and modulation, and electronics, and integrated circuits to people who other than Franklin, still don’t have an understanding of basic electricity.
Actually I met one of those. He was a 17 year old who dated my daughter for a while her freshman year @ MIT and was in their PhD program. He spent Christmas here and it was a serious Sheldon Cooper moment, since he thought that somehow our water like our electricity was piped here from the city. The last I heard he was in California working at Ray Kurzweil’s Singularity University.
I just looked him up and he was the youngest person to ever attend graduate school at MIT and at age nine, he joined Ray Kurzweil as a speaker at TED
Rich,
Thanks for a good well researched article, that covers most of the bases.
While this may be true for some things, all of my IOT devices (including some I’ve built using the ESP8266) connect to my local WiFi where they are routed to other devices or through my DSL connection. Some IOT devices also use 802.15.4 (ZigBee) or 6LOWPAN, with only a single node making the internet connection, if they connect to the global network at all.
I think 5G is very useful for such things as remote telemedicine; but, don’t personally plan to spend extra money for new devices so I can download a video faster than 4G.
The Danger of 5G
Even @ night we are exposed to EMF, generated by lightning. Try tuning a distant A.M. radio station during thunderstorms and you can hear, even what you cannot see off in the distance.
And BTW, Tesla invented the first radios, Marconi only demonstrated it’s use over long distance, using stolen Tesla patents. LOL
Don’t forget that motors with brushes and vehicle ignitions (anything with a spark) adds to that hash, as does some TV’s and most LED light bulbs.
Those circles should learn some basic physics and realize that correlation does not necessarily mean causation. e.g. the “Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc” fallacy.
For more information look up “ionizing” vs., “non ionizing” radiacion.
Good description of microwave ovens operating at the harmonic frequency of the water molecule and well as operating at power levels 100 or more times higher than a phone.
How Can We Protect Ourselves?
Your mention of the “Inverse square law” pretty much tells it all, if people would only know some basic physics and not panic, since we generally fear the unknown.
Bluetooth to an ear bud or to your in vehicle system is a good way to get that distance. 1 foot distance is better than on your ear, and 2 feet is 4 times better than that.
I had to laugh at this one, since my phones generally sit on a shelf feet from my sleeping head connected to a charger.
Numerous computers, laser printers, and other devices connect this way primarily for ease of setup and security. It’s hard to hack into a shielded wire that doesn’t leave the house.
Hey Ohio Prepper! I listen to Lloyd Burrell and Nick Pineault all the time; they are ‘hard wired’ into the dangers of wifi, dirty electricity, cell phones and 5g. According to both of them you should NOT use your cell phone in the car, as the metal in the car acts as an antenna and makes the waves stronger. And they say ESPECIALLY when you don’t have every bar on your strength lit up, as when the signal isn’t very strong the phone works harder looking for one. I may not be saying all this right. I am an English/History/Geography person; I’m AWFUL with math and physics (my father was an aeronautical engineer and could never understand why I didn’t ADORE math! He thought it was total fun!). I think I have the gist of it, but may not have it all totally correct. Also that using bluetooth is NOT good, and using it in a car is just horrendous. I had originally thought you just needed a headset/earbuds, etc, so that you didn’t have to hold the phone to your head; I was totally wrong on that. They said to use the airtube or speaker, to keep your phone on airplane (which I do except when I’m using it — if anyone wants to call ME, then oh well!!!! I use speaker 100 percent of the time, and keep it 1-2 feet away (sometimes 3 if I can)! I had cancer 9 years ago, and I try everything possible to be careful. They say to use EVERYTHING wired. Not wireless. They recommend meters to use to see how much you have going on, as well as building biologists (bau biologists) if you can. Also, they have not found any of the things that are supposed to help cut the stuff to really work. They said they have not tested all of them for sure, but the ones they have tested were not worthwhile. I have been wondering about The Chi Machine. Robert Scott Bell said his very sensitive wife noticed something going on when he brought it into the house. She said something felt different, and got better from her sensitivity when it was in the house. I would get one if I knew it worked. But I’m not paying that much if I don’t know for sure first. This forcing 5G down our throats does not sit well with me at all. oh!!! Also! the radiation from the phone is STRONGER when the phone is charging, than when it is not. And you should not keep the phone even in the same room with you when it is charging (especially at night while you’re sleeping and it is going on for a long time). And don’t have the charging phones in the room with your children, or let them sleep near the phones. Their bodies are much more sensitive to the radiation than grownups. Environmental Health Trust ( ehtrust.org ) has a lot of good info on 5g and cellulars. I also listen to Devra Davis and Theodora Scarato. Actually, Dr Mercola is coming out with a book on 5G next year; should be good! There are actually summits now with all kinds of people sharing all kinds of good info on the technology. OH MY GOSH!!! NOW THEY ARE PUTTING CHIPS IN BABY’S DIAPERS for your IOT! Because God forbid anyone should actually CHECK a baby now to see if they need a diaper change. No, we have to be TOLD to do it by our computer setups now, as we expose an innocent tiny baby child to all these death rays. SICK! Well, I can drive my own car, check my babie’s diapers, remember to buy my own milk, and do EVERYTHING my own dang self like I have been my whole life, without having a bunch of death rays to do it all for me. Probably people need to have the car driven for them automatically so they can talk and text and play games on their cell phones in peace, without having to deal with other drivers and pedestrians! The alternative health community which I listen to all the time, is very in tune with all this 5g stuff going on, and trying to help people to cope. I’m thinking Dietrich Klinghardt is involved with it too, but I haven’t listened to any of his talks on it. But he is sheer genius and definitely worth listening to. Poor Tesla! He ended up about like Royal Raymond Rife. And Wilhelm Reich. That’s what happens to true geniuses way too often!
Elaine,
I had never heard of Lloyd Burrell or Nick Pineault; but, did look them up. Neither seem to have any credentials in physics, math, or engineering. Lloyd started his website when he had pain in his ear one day answering his cell phone while lying under his sink working and Nick claims to be an investigative journalist. They both make assertions about scientific studies about the dangers of EMF; but, neither cite those studies.
I’m not sure what ‘hard wired’ means; but, once again they have opinions and assertions with no real credible proof.
While WiFi, cell phones and 5G are relatively new technologies, electricity and dirty electricity both have been with us for more than a century, so now we are finding problems with it?
Depending on the vehicle, like a panel van, the vehicle can act as a Faraday cage and contain more energy inside the vehicle; but, I think the energy density is still rather low.
There may be a bit of truth in this; but, only if you have close to zero bars. When turned on the phone has to register with the closest cell site and a poor signal may make it keep trying. Normally the biggest problem will be your battery life is seriously diminished.
Like your father, I have loved science since I was a kid (remember “Watch Mr Wizard”) and trained in electronics in Jr. High & High school and later in college, taking all of the math & physics I could take.
Perhaps you could have your father look at this material and give you an opinion.
Bluetooth is IMHO not a problem since in normal operation it emits only 0 dBm, 1 mW (0.001) watts of power, 100 times less than normal WiFi.
Why would using it in a car be horrendous?
I also use the speaker most of the time keeping it a few feet away; but, not to avoid the energy, only to keep my hands free for other things.
I am sorry and don’t blame you for being a bit more cautious; but, have you considered that fretting over these things may be more dangerous than the EMF? You mentioned that the coil springs in your mattress can act as antennas, and while that is technically true, they represent no threats to you when sleeping on the mattress, since they are likely contained, inches or feet from your body and oriented in a direction that would be unlikely to capture a field in your direction.
The human body has evolved some wonderful survival mechanisms, so that when we are in danger, we have ways to mitigate those dangers. Typical is the “Freeze Fight or Flight” where one of our ancestors encountered a bear or mountain lion. Stress chemicals like Cortisol and adrenaline flow in to the body and we take flight, fight, or sometimes lose the battle; however, when we did survive, those stress hormone levels quickly returned to normal and we went on with life.
In the modern world it seems that too many worry about things over which we have no control, or trivial things like your mattress springs as antennas, keeping a low level of those stress hormones in our body at all times, something we know causes damage.
One thing Lloyd Burrell mentions that does make sense is to get out of the rat race and go camping. For him it means getting away from EMF which may help him; but, often just tuning out the world for a few days can lighten your load and help you recharge.
North Korea mentioned sending the US a Christmas present and not hearing about things like that for a few days isn’t all bad, especially since we have no control over their actions.
In our case we already live rural and our only EMF soup is generated locally and while I have sensitive equipment to look at the soup and have mapped it, it neither affects nor worries us.
We use a mix of wired and wireless, with desktop, & rack mount computers and laser printers wired and phones and tablets or guests using the wireless.
My meter is a very expensive commercial Spectrum Analyzer originally costing thousands of dollars and was acquired when a company I did work for went out of business. It has capabilities these little meters cannot have. I also find it interesting that the same people telling you (scaring you?) that you need meters, also happen to sell them, no doubt at a profit.
I had not heard of this device and after looking at it cannot see why simply bringing it into the house would do anything that wasn’t just placebo effect.
I do wonder if Robert Scott Bell is involved with marketing that machine if indeed he makes that claim.
After watching videos I can see where it could loosen you up; but, don’t see why this gadget should cost more than $150.00, since it should only contain an electric motor and a cam system, not unlike a portable drill.
It might be better for you to find a Tai Chi class somewhere as we did. My wife hates formal exercise, which we still occasionally do; but, loved the slow calm moves of Tai Chi, for both exercise and general mental fitness.
I’ve been involved in martial arts for more than 50 years and I believe in Ki or Chi; but, don’t see the need for an expensive machine to do a light workout.
Why would it be stronger when charging?
Ours are charging on a shelf in the room where we often sleep; but, as much as 10 feet away and really not a problem unless we get a text in the middle of the night.
There are no children here to worry about, since all 3 are grown & gone.
I had never heard of Devra Davis; but, looked her up and was only moderately impressed with her credentials: BS & Masters in Sociology, PhD in Science Studies, Post Doc masters in Public Health
Nothing in mathematics, engineering or physics that would be required to understand even a modicum of EM fields.
I had also not heard of Theodora Scarato; but, she is another policy analyst and educator and the Executive Director of the Environmental Health Trust. It seems all of these people are part of EHT, something I find interesting, all pushing against wireless radiation. Agenda driven?
I had heard of Dr. Joseph Mercola; but, more for the marketing of supplements. As a DO (Osteopathic physician) he is a real medical doctor; but, once again I don’t see his CV for the physics required for this discussion so I don’t know where he geats the CV for a credible book on 5G.
I had not heard of putting chips in baby diapers; but, I guess it doesn’t surprise me, although the fields generated by such a chip would be trivial and in the range of 4 dBm (0.0025 watts) to a maximum of 20 dBm (1/10th) watt with current technology. It would also be located quite a distance from the head and these are not death rays. For real death rays, stand out in the sun on a bright clear day and you get hit with more radiation than the IOT chip can ever generate.
I think most of us can and do that; but, once again, these are not death rays.
With the possible exception of a few people who are actually sensitive, what I see from this community is people being scared and probably having their health affected by stress more than the things they are trying to avoid.
Is this the same health community that once was into crystals & pyramids?
I’ve also not heard of Dietrich Klinghardt; but, may check him out also.
As for Nicola Tesla, he is one of my only heroes, and a genius; but, had a bit of larceny in his heart, often misrepresenting inventions to get financing for others.
He was also a showman and would use tricks like a double exposure (photo shop for his era) to create dramatic photos like this one:
https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/nikola-tesla-serbian-american-physicist-sitting-in-his-news-photo/526606232
True; but, for their time and available technology they all accomplished a lot.
I am no big fan of Edison; but, having toured 2 of his labs, what was accomplished with the tools of the day was indeed amazing.
Hey OP!!!! Hard wired is when your devices are connected with wires, rather than wireless and Wifi. All the people I have listened to who have investigated all the technology advocate going wired (which apparently does not mitigate the dirty electricity problem though)! Most of the people who go into this are not credentialed in these things. The universities are pretty much manned by people who are owned and operated by the status quo. Have you studied any stuff by shoot! I forgot his name. Gerald. Not Tennant, the other one! with the 4th stage of water stuff! THAT is like WAY interesting! Many of the people who have info re technology are not people you would consider credentialed. They are people who developed problems that mainstream (whatever) would or could not address, so they have had to strike out on their own to find answers to their problems. Sometimes for themselves, sometimes for friends and family members. But I trust their stuff a LOT more than the credentialed people. (Kind of like I trust alternative news more than CNN!) I have had fantastic results with herbs and homeopathy. These are anathema in mainstream; pure quackery. Not sure how they work if they are quackery! (Actually, when I look up alternative medicine people, if they aren’t listed as quacks/quackery by Quackwatch or Wikipedia, I don’t waste my time with them! Most of the ones who are university educated stick with the status quo and won’t deviate. Are you familiar with The Flexner Report? That was what started them getting rid of the naturopaths and herbalist and homeopathy schools, so they could make money off the pharmaceuticals. Speaking of the electricity being around for so long. i have seen somewhere that the electrical lighting has been really bad for the human cirrcadian rhythm. I actually got some of the blue light blocking glasses, and was surprised that it did actually help me sleep much better. In fact, I actually later tried the blue/green blocking glasses (they cost more). They are a dark red, and make it hard to see. I quit using the blue blockers and now only use the blue/green ones, but I only use them when I get into bed and read my Kindle before going to sleep. I didn’t think they would work, as you’re spose to wear them a couple hours before bed. But I found that using them for just 10 to 15 minutes works. BUT! I have to turn the light up a lot higher on my Kindle to read it than I do when I’m not using it (9-11 with the blockers, where I have it on 6 or 7 when NOT using any glasses, or when using just the blue blockers). I really didn’t think they would work, but decided to invest $22 to see. I think the blue/greens were more like $50. But so far that seems to have been money well spent. (It SHORE does look crazy though wearing ‘sunglasses’ at night!) The voltage meters they were both talking about were very basic ones, and only meant for people to get an idea of what’s going on. They recommend that if you have problems you should have a building biologist analyze what you have going on. I know that Lloyd Burrell interviews experts all the time. He doesn’t expect you to go on his knowledge. He does interviews and then is actually able to learn (and understand and retain) most of what they are talking about (unlike me!)
I’m sorry I do these run ons. I’m not used to doing comments where you can actually make new paragraphs! Will try to use that from now on.
If ONLY I could talk to Pappy! He died in 2006 from CHF. We had him on herbs instead of drugs, and he lived almost 10 years after he was diagnosed. They say with that that most people die within 5 years of diagnosis. I am convinced that that is because of their taking digitalis. My understanding is that the poison builds up in your system, and is not eliminated. So I’m thinking 5 years of it is about what normal bodies can handle. We had Pa on Lily of the Valley (nutritive instead of poison), Cactus grandiflora, and dandelion root. Pa absolutely REFUSED to take Rat Poison (Coumadin)! We had him on supplements and herbs instead. And if I had known then and had access to the things then that we have now, I think he would have been around for longer. OH MY GOSH! Pa would have been a TOTAL prepper! He would have understood the need as many people cannot (like I said, he was subscribing to Harry Browne in the 70s). He did NOT like to be dictated to or ordered around (which is why he left his job with Martin Marrietta), and he did NOT like the way finances were going, or governments. I took after him in many ways, but I lack the discipline and the brains that he had. I really need him right now, but there is nobody! He would have had a stroke and died on the spot had he gotten a load of chemtrails!
What you said about a vehicle acting as a Faraday cage is EXACTLY what they said in what I heard about. And that that strengthens the signals. They were also talking about what you said about the meters. The only ones that do a really good job cost thousands of dollars, and even if you could get one, most people can’t read and understand them anyway, so better to hire a building biologist.
I was TOTALLY wrong about the Chi machine. It is the Qi machine (pronounced the same, so I got confused). This is made by a dude names Hans in Germany. Sorry I got that confused! (I always thought those Chi machines looked way weird, but never tried one!) Robert Scott Bell does a radio show on natural health. He’s a homeopath, and I have seen him off and on for like 10 years or so, and always thought he seemed very real and sincere. (I know it is totally wrong, but before I will listen to or read somebody, they have to pass my personal sincerity test, and my gut feelings!) The Qi machine has the 4th phase water in it, and supposedly creates a torus. I am not a martial arts person at ALL! I would love to learn Chi Gong, but have not had a good way to learn it.
HAH! No, the alternative people I listen to are not the ones that were into crystals and pyramids. BUT! Crystals seem to be all the rage at containing information. Also, do you know the story of Marcel Vogel? He did crystals, but as I remember was a very scientific dude! IBM, I think? I actually have a Vogel crystal somewhere that someone sent to me. She used it when she had cancer, and said it cured her! And when she found out I had it, she sent that one to me. She had since gotten a new one, so sent me her old one, which I thought was way cool, as I never could have afforded one. I didn’t notice that it helped me, but then I didn’t know how to use it at all!
That Tesla picture is BAD! It looks like Frankenstein’s monster will pop out of there! Sheeeeesh!
As for the cancer, there are so many things nowadays in the world that contribute to it, that didn’t used to be around. Which of course is why it has skyrocketed! The more you can filter out bad things, the better, as far as I’m concerned. I didn’t used to fret at all, and I wound up with cancer. My sister didn’t used to fret at all, and she DIED of the same cancer I had. She had her 58th birthday in the hospital, and never got out afterwards until they wheeled her out. That was 2.5 years ago, and I am still in deep depression over it. I study cancer causing things a lot, and I have found MANY things that both of us did prior to getting it, that cause it. And it’s too late to help her now. I DO fret a lot now, and I know that is not good. That is one of the things they go on about. But I have changed since she died. I never laugh anymore (it used to be all I did)! I always used to make myself see silver linings. I haven’t seen one since she died. The one thing I DO do is keep learning. I have always loved to learn (as long as it is NOT math or physics or something equally as boring to those of us who don’t understand them). Unfortunately, many of the things I learn are NOT good things! I am retired now, so have time to look into things that aren’t good for you, and to learn new things.
OP, I have to say that I absolutely love reading your posts and comments. There are several people who comment often on this website that I totally love to read what they have to say! Plus the articles are usually really good!
I wanted to have a homestead, but that doesn’t seem to be happening! But I still learn about it; just can’t help myself! WWPHD? (What would Pa have done?) (One thing Pa would have done is help me build an off grid tiny home on the homestead we would have made (ok, he would build and I would fetch!) He would have been all OVER that! I forgot! He was also seriously considering the Ozarks in the 70s. I did NOT want to be a hillbilly! Like he cared, right? Now I would totally LOVE to be a hillbilly!)
Ohio prepper, us humans have very different tolerances. You are fortunate to not be affected by wireless technology. I live with someone who has EHS (Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity Syndrome) and as a health practitioner I have read hundreds of peer-reviewed papers on the subject and routinely see clients who are suffering from the effects of exposure. Like yourself I don’t seem to be affected by it, but I don’t think it is wise to assume that it must be OK for everyone. In considered opinion there are many good reasons to invoke the precautionary principle until 5G is proven safe. At present there is a mountain of proof that it is not.
Borneo, what I have heard is that the sensitive/effected people are the LUCKY ones, since they learn to stay away from it and shield themselves from it. It’s the ones that don’t notice that are getting themselves fried and don’t even know it yet. I’m sure they will soon. it’s kind of like wheat. If you are gluten sensitive or have celiac disease, you know to stay away from it. But if you don’t have any outward reaction, wheat still tears up your gut lining EVERY TIME YOU EAT IT! According to Dr Tom O’Bryan, everybody has a tipping point. So you might not have reached yours, but one day it will come, and you’ll have some wonderful disease from it. Same kind of thing! It IS affecting you, whether you know it or not!
Elaine,
I’ve been working with various EM fields (frequencies & power levels) for about 60 years & so far, so good; but, I guess it depends on your definition of soon.
Wheat still tears up your gut lining? Where do you get this information? I’ve been eating gluten laden grains like wheat, barley, and rye for more than 60 years and at least according to my last colonoscopy, my gut is looking good, since the doc told me ”See you in 10 years”
Celiac disease is an immune reaction (allergy) to a protein in gluten found in wheat, barley, and rye and does nothing to tear up your gut lining for those without the sensitivity. For those with the disease, it causes inflammation and that can cause other things. I seem to see many people with Celiac disease who cannot seem to accept that some have it and some don’t and somehow want revenge on those who don’t have the problem, perhaps to make themselves feel better. Personally I would love to be taller and have a full head of hair; but, I’ve had to accept that some physical aspects of me are just something I’m stuck with.
My wife also has no problem with gluten; but, is lactose intolerant, since her intestines don’t produce enough of the enzyme lactase allowing her to properly digest the natural milk sugar, Lactose. She can drink Lactaid milk or use the Lactaid tablets with no problem.
I hadn’t heard of Dr Tom O’Bryan; but, I checked him and did a quick review of his ” You Can Fix Your Brain” and some discussions of autoimmune diseases. In my case I have none of those diseases with the exception of gout taken care of by a daily dose of Allopurinol.
Living a rural, relatively stress free life, eating properly and getting plenty of exercise probably helps.
The biggest thing that helped me happened 13 years ago when I realized how fat I had gotten and lost more than 70 pounds in 6 months. I am now a relatively slim fit guy with no autoimmune problems like RA that others seem to have.
As for mental clarity my mind is as clear as it has always been; but, that’s because I still keep it active, still designing and building projects with both hardware & software as well as teaching various classes in my local community.
I also understand tipping points; but, I’m not sure how they apply here, since it they did, I would have expected some problem long before now with the activities I’ve been involved in these past nearly 60 years.
In the end we all must do what makes sense for each of us individually.
Hi again OP! Lat year in April, I went on a 29 day water only fast. I was trying for 30, but got hungry on day 29, which is when they say you should break a fast. After that I followed the lectin free diet of Dr Gundry. I have gone from 290 pounds to about 215. My blood pressure went from 150/100 to 115/75. My blood sugar went from 165 to 85. My short term memory has improved, especially when I stay away from wheat. I was amazed at what all it did! I have gradually gotten to where I am not eating vegetables like I was, and I need to go on another fast and fix myself up!
With the tipping point on gluten, there are many different ways your body can go. It can go heart disease, Alzheimer’s, celiac, cancer, and autoimmune diseases. These are caused by inflammation in the body, and eating gluten is inflammatory, as is eating sugar. Have you researched into the way they changed the wheat, in the 50s? They basically genetically modified it BEFORE there was ”GMO” so they don’t call it that. But they changed something with the wheat; I want to say it was something to do with bromine and iodine. I understand these things when I hear them, and I most of the time retain what needs to be done, but not the causes and the intricacies of why. I have learned so much that there just isn’t room for all that, so I have to make do! I could do it if it was only one subject, but I have numerous things I am learning about, so things (even important things like explanatory causalities) get dropped from what I retain. I have thousands of pages of notes on my computer from lectures I have listened to, but have no way as of right now to organize it all and put it together. I am seriously thinking about buying packs of 4 X 6 cards and a card file, and just hand writing them out and alphabetizing them. That was MUCH easier to me than trying to keep up with things on my computer. My Word documents have about 350 files, and I think my Yahoo files for emails have about 4 or 5 hundred! Plus I just don’t retain as well in general as I used to. I am going to go on another fast soon, and see if I can nip some of this stuff in the bud (to coin a Barney Fife)!
I don’t agree about the sun. I think the sun is here for our benefit; even our physical benefit. I think the hoopla about it giving you cancer are scare tactics. Not that you should be in it till you burn. But it seems that being in the sun, especially the morning sun, is good for your circadian rhythm, as well as for helping your body make the hormone Vitamin D, which is really super good for you. It’s also supposed to help you mentally. I can’t remember all the good stuff it does. Of course I went out the other day, took my chair out to the field next to my house, sat out there in the sun for a few minutes with my eyes closed, really enjoying the way the sun felt. Then opened my eyes, and STRAIGHT IN FRONT of me going up in the sky and back over my head was a frickin chemtrail! RIGHT SMACK DAB OVER THE TOP OF MY HEAD! I was so mad I grabbed my chair up and marched back inside. Do you remember back in the day when there were contrails? I do! They were up there a couple minutes, they got dimmer and dimmer and then totally disappeared. They didn’t fan out and make poisonous soupy looking goopy messes of clouds. But they do really try that contrail crap into the ground! SOME of us were around and know what they looked like! OH! And I never back in the day saw contrails being turned off and on! STart and stop! And the planes that made them were planes you could see and tell they were planes. Not little silver specks of ones that were so high up that you wouldn’t even see them unless you’re specifically looking for them. Of course they are actually admitting to it now, and calling it geoengineering. Without one word of acknowledgement that yes, that has been being done for MANY years just as the ”nuts” said it has, and they weren’t really nuts after all, but we would NEVER admit that, we just act like it was just started! I want to know how the contrail people think regular planes fly straight up at a 90 degree angle! Cuz when I used to see contrails, the planes were always flying horizontally, not vertically. They don’t address that at all!
What I have heard regarding the gluten, is that you should try going totally off it for like 3 weeks, and then just see if you feel a difference. If you don’t, then go back on. If you DO feel a difference, you can decide if it is worth it to stay off. I really noticed a difference in the way I felt, but I went off gluten, dairy and sugar (with the exception of butter, totally grass fed and grass finished). I felt like a totally different person. I no longer crave cheese or milk or pasta at all. But I still would kill for a good loaf of pumpkin bread! (Not a piece. I want the WHOLE DANG THING!) I have never done coffee (tried it once when I was young and spit it out immediately and never had a THOUGHT of trying it again). I had to stop caffeine when I was in my mid 20s due to tachycardia (my heart went up to 220). Sweet tea was HARD to give up but I did it! Gave up all soda pop (diet cokes were giving me mini seizures, aspartame). Went onto delicious unsweetened apple juice for years, but gave that up when I found out how much sugar (fructose) is in that. So now I only drink filtered water from my AquaTru (bottled water has too many estrogenics in them, which was not good for the cancer I had which was a hormonal one, so NO estrogens, pthalates, hand sanitizers, non-fermented soy and fake estrogens (cow’s milk, etc.)
The problem with many things is that they have gotten worse over the years. It started with the change in the wheat, then adding GMOs, then Roundup and glyphosate, chemtrails and vaccines. The more they add the worse the health gets. The more we have skyrocketing Alzheimer’s, diabetes, obesity, autism and cancer. The Alzheimer’s is closing in on 1 in 1, cancer 1 in 2, autism if it keeps going will be 1 in 3 I think it’s by 2035. How in the HECK can we keep going if 1/3 of children are autistic (the country keep going I mean). The soil no longer contains minerals like it does, and peoples’ health is being way shortchanged, as we desperately need the minerals in the soil for our foods.
One thing that I have heard about the sun and sunshine, Elaine, is that the people who work outside all the time actually have lower cancer rates than the rest of us. From that I can conclude that the sun isn’t the problem but rather sunburns are as the ultraviolet in the sun’s rays causes some real deep skin damage. Maybe even changes in our DNA. Ultraviolet is extremely powerful. In the early days of computer chips we used ultraviolet light to erase programmable computer chips. As strange as it sounds it’s even more important to wear sunglasses on cloudy days (if you’re driving for instance) as the ultraviolet goes right through the clouds and your eyes are more open on cloudy days. So they need more protection.
Oh dude! Many years ago, when I was 17, I went to Daytona with a couple friends and laid out on the beach, and decided not to turn over, so if I got burned, I would have a comfortable backside to lay on. It was March, and it was cloudy. I had had a nice tan the year before, so what I did was use Royal Suntan Oil. I got SO burned I passed out 3 times that night; went to doctor next day. I had heat stroke or sun stroke or something. He looked at me and said, ”I thought you were smarter than all the yankees that come down here!” Uhm, guess not! I had a blister that was about 14 inches long, and about 6 inches wide, and every time I moved around, you could hear the water slosh in it. IT WAS SO GROSS!! And so much for no pain. I was 17, and when I went to the doctor I had to wear a robe and use a cane! DON’T ANYBODY EVER TRY IT! I agree with you about the sun. We have it for a reason. Just like we have carbon dioxide for a reason. Our trees and plants and plant food BREATHE it! It is needed; it is NOT evil! I will definitely try the sunglasses if I am going to be out long. I’m in Florida, so we get some sun when they don’t have the chemtrails blocking all of it! Do you happen to know if the chemtrails block the ultraviolet part of the light? I’m not familiar at all with the eyes and UV light; thanks for telling me about it! There is just so much to learn about!
Borneo,
Since I don’t know anyone who is, I had not thought about it in those terms; but, I am also fortunate to have no other ”sensitivities” like my wife who is lactose intolerant, my daughter who had soy allergies, and a few friends who may not eat tree nuts.
I think of this as a metabolic difference; but, I suspect E.M. field sensitivity could be seen in a similar perspective.
I suspect that like the sensitivities and allergies above, each will have to deal with it as required for them, since we live in a soup of E.M fields, generated by everything from automobile ignitions to lightning and LED light bulbs.
I now understand and hope you have determined how best to mitigate your situation, although the soup is much less thick in more remote rural areas like where I live.
I’ll often help others in the radio community, chasing birdies (annoying signals of unknown origin) with some specialized equipment and antennas, and I can see the thickness of the soup in different places.
If such equipment would be of help to you, and you have a bit of computer expertise, you can do the same for less than $40.00 and a laptop, other computer, or Android table or smart phone to see what’s in your local soup and chase it down.
That is true so some extent for all E.M. radiation and we ham operators do take precautions for such things.
Elaine, you should be telling Ohio prepper that, not me. I have an EHS partner and we are as protected as one can be around the home: We live in a 2G area, have a stupid meter; we have grounding pads & sheets under the computers and beds, take precautions like turning off wi-fi at night along with a range of protective devices. The difference between us becomes obvious when we go to town: I’m still OK by the end of the day, she’s a wreck, with unmistakable symptoms. She had to quit her town job a year ago, it became too much to bear. One of the big concerns is the increasing levels of aluminum (and other heavy metals) in the environment, which in nanoparticulate form crosses the blood/brain barrier. According to Dr. Dietrich Klinghart, who is on the cutting edge of research, wireless radiation is interactive with the aluminum and causes a range of physical and mental health problems, including early onset dementia, Alzheimers and seizures. January 25 is slated as an international day of protest against 5G in space, a time to let governments and industry know that we value health before internet speed, IoT gadgets and corporate profit.
I didn’t know about Jan 25th, thanks for letting me know. Actually, I DID tell Ohio Prepper about that! Ya’ll DO have everything in your house wired, right? Can’t you get rid of the wifi totally, and just use wired? Also, do you have an organic latex mattress? My understanding now (UNFORTUNATELY) is that mattresses with springs in them are a no no, as the springs act as antennas. (And I have SUCH a comfortable Posturpedic!!!) And can you get one of the kill switches for your bedroom? I have a noisemaker on each side of my room at night (otherwise the cats outside my door would keep me up all night)! I would have to put the noisemakers OUTSIDE my door if I got a kill switch. HAVE to have the noise! When our electrics went out from the hurricanes (Florida you know), I didn’t sleep the whole time till they came back on. Do you watch the summits re the 5g and all? They are really good! Lots of good experts on them. There’s that building biologist (I forget his name) that Lloyd Burrell interviews regarding the dirty electricity — THAT was a real eye opener too! OH MY GOSH! I don’t have that much problem with aluminum, mine is with mercury. Did you know about the combination of mercury with fluoride, and the TOTALLY BEYOND poison chemical THAT one makes? BUT! I have found out that turmeric, iodine and beta glucans all are chelators for mercury. Is she taking any chelators? Of course you have to be careful with those too, if you have heavy metal toxicity. We don’t have ANY functional medicine practitioners here where I am, that can help. You have to find out everything yourself, and they don’t make it easy! Do you know anything about The Chi Machine? Ok, I was wrong. It is NOT the CHi machine, it is the QI machine! Sheeesh! They are even pronounced the same! The one made by Hans whatever his last name is, in Germany. That one has 4th stage water in it, and it forms a torus 25 feet in diameter I think it is. But I don’t know if it actually clears out the radiation or if it just helps your body to deal with it.
Borneo, I just saw the rest of your post. What kind of health practitioner are you? Do you happen to do any functional medicine? I used to practice Reiki and Quantum Touch, but not so much anymore. (My first time I was learning Quantum Touch, when I came home I grabbed one of my cats, sat down in my recliner and ran energy on her. Within 2 minutes she was asleep. I would pick her foot up and drop it, and she did NOT wake up, her foot just fell, it was SO funny! I tried it on one of my other cats, and when I started running the energy she took off running; she HATED it! A year later I learned Reiki. Tried it on the first cat (Mrs. Johnson). She HATED the Reiki as much as she had loved the QT. And then tried it on the other cat (Dr. Hoffmann) (both of them are named after Dark Shadows people), and she LOVED the Reiki! That just blew me away, SO funny! Apparently the energy types are very different, and cats can tell! (Even though I can’t. I’m as energy stupid as I am math and physics stupid. Though I did help a lot of people when doing the energy. OH MY GOSH!!!! There was this one chick at work who had had Lupus (systemic kind) for years. She stopped by my desk one day and told me she hadn’t been able to lift her arm for days. I sat her down in a chair and picked up her hand, and ran Reiki on her for 10 minutes. When I was done, she picked her arm up and raised it over her head and waved it around and was smiling from ear to ear. It didn’t hurt her at all anymore. (Several months later it came back, and I found out, and asked her why she didn’t come back, I would have run the Reiki on her again. She told me it was because it scared her! I felt awful then, and decided not to ever do that again. Loved chick and wouldn’t have scared her for the world. But I tell you, that ear to ear smile was so precious!) It seems like most of the functional medicine dudes I hear about are about 80 percent chiropractors! Do you also listen to Josh del Sol (whatever that last name is? Baliol or something)? Dr Kinghardt is da bomb! Brilliant man!
Ohio Prepper,
Yes, you are indeed fortunate to have no other ”sensitivities”, but as someone else posted they can sneak up on you, particularly things related to gut health/microbiome. For example I used to be able to “carb out” on wheat products—sourdough French bread, pasta etc. but now I have to go gluten-free except for special occasions. I also have discovered rather late in life that I don’t do oxalates well, so I have to leave the spinach alone. Sulfites in wine? Well—we just tough that one out, eh? 🙂
I am not aware of any tests that can diagnose a predisposition to E.M. field sensitivity, but I think you are correct that it could be seen in a similar perspective to an allergic reaction.
Re: we live in a soup of E.M fields, mine’s a rather thin broth…its rural New Zealand but not terribly remote, happens to be the other side of a range of mountains from the “big smoke” and the antennae on the ridgeline can’t reach into our little valley, we can’t even get an FM station here. We’re on copper and keep it simple as possible. I was a radio pirate in the 70s, with a TI8 call sign, aboard a yacht in the Pacific for 2+years so I have a genuine appreciation for the radio community, with whom I checked in on a daily basis.
Elaine, re: Jan 25th, it’s likely someone is organizing a protest in your area. As you say (UNFORTUNATELY) our mattress also has springs; however, we have a grounding sheet over them which has proven very effective https://betterearthing.com.au/ We have no electrics in the bedroom.
Josh del Sol & Sayer Ji organised the 5G Summit, did a brilliant job. Yes, watched some of the summit talks and purchased the data clip, heaps of good info. The aluminium is nanoparticulate and one of the main ingredients in chemtrails, so we’re all getting some of it. Essentially we’re detoxing all the time. My practice is homotoxicology, which is a rather narrow specialty in functional and integrative medicine; there are protocols for all sorts of different poison combinations, and the starting point for most of my clients is heavy metal detox, which in recent years has become a worldwide problem.
I have watched two videos about Hans’ Qi machines, he claims that it clears out the radiation. I think it was Lloyd Burrell who was promoting it…but it’s quite expensive and I won’t be the first on my block to buy one 🙂
The Qi machine was promoted also on Live Longer Feel Better (Trevor King), which also put out really good summits. I’m also wondering but not yet convinced about the hydrogen water. Do you know anything about that? Personally I mean, not just what is in the summits. Are you actually in New Zealand? I have been watching Bryce’s tiny house stuff on youtube, and I have totally fallen in love with dude! The show is fantastic! An off grid tiny house homestead out in the wilds, with a couple shipping containers for storage, sounds like total heaven! Back in the 70s my father was considering moving to New Zealand (I was in my teens and scared shitless he would do it)! He wound up just moving from Orlando to N Florida though, and it was a few years later, so I wasn’t forced to be uprooted to move out of country! Pa was buying gold and worrying about the economy and screaming about Rochefellers way back then (he subscribed to Harry Browne, which irritated my Ma no end, as that was WAY expensive. I think it was like $250 a year in the 70s!) Much as I totally miss my Pappy, I am glad he is not around to see what has become of this country and this world. He was a prepper before there WERE preppers! He moved to the country and tried to set up solar, but he was too overwhelmed and overworked and getting too old to finish it (he had a mother and aunt to take care of, as well as my Ma).
I’ve tried hydrogen water; didn’t do a thing for me.
Yes, I’m actually in New Zealand, and Bryce is a good friend. He’s definitely a good guy, both a film maker and tiny house builder. In the 70s I did more than consider moving to New Zealand, I actually did. Been here 45 years (but I didn’t have a family in tow). I have watched from a distance what has become of what was once my country, it ain’t pretty. We have our share of problems here but so far it’s not as bad as many other places (e.g. Australia’s on fire). Immigration to NZ has become very difficult, and it wasn’t easy then. I’m probably close to the age your dad would be.
I tried some hydrogen water from the fizzy pills; that didn’t do anything for me either! Can’t believe you actually KNOW Bryce! That theme song he uses is absolutely gorgeous. It is very calming and soothing to listen to, which is really good with all the things we have to deal with all the time! When I was 13 Pa was looking to move (that would have been about 70). We went on a trip over the summer. He had a good friend he used to work with who lived in Signal Mountain, TN. We went to visit his family (the oldest son was 2 years older than me, and Pa and Pap (his friend’s nickname was Pap) had betrothed me and Pap’s firstborn son. Pa always told me when I was growing up that I was to marry this guy, which of course totally infuriated me). While we were there Pa drove us up to I THINK it was Cookeville TN to look at a property he was interested in. I could not BELIEVE it when we got there. WAY out in the country/sticks; place was down a really long pig track. Was a really old log cabin/shack. When we went inside it was just horrid. The realtor said that the guy there had had his pigs living in there with him! You can just IMAGINE how my 13 year old mind reacted to THAT! Not sure why Pa decided against it; he didn’t give one whit about MY histrionics! But he was considering TN, Canada and NZ, all of which just brought shrieks from me, and even my sister (the quiet one)! Pa was born in 26, and died in 2006. My sister and I lost so much when we lost him. Do you meet very many people over there who have migrated from here? What state were you in while you were here? (I get my Maneuka honey from NZ; great stuff!) Love that you do functional. Hope it is easier to do there, than it is here. Do you happen to know anything about the Mandela Effect?

…..Dr. Moskowitz Warnings
To start with, I want to quote a bit of what Dr. Joel Moskowitz, a public health professor at the University of California told the Daily Mail about how 5G will be harmful.
‘The deployment of 5G, or fifth generation cellular technology, constitutes a massive experiment on the health of all species. Because MMWs are weaker than microwaves, they are predominantly absorbed by the skin, meaning their distribution is quite focused there.
Since skin contains capillaries and nerve endings, MMW bio-effects may be transmitted through molecular mechanisms by the skin or through the nervous system.
He also told Daily Mail Online that he’s concerned that ‘5G will use high-band frequencies, or millimeter waves, that may affect the eyes, the testes, the skin, the peripheral nervous system, and sweat glands.’
I still think there are a LOT of people that think these new technologies would not be rolled out if they had not been proven safe first. People need to know that proving stuff safe prior to it coming on the market is OUT THE WINDOW! The people in the US are the guinea pigs for proving something safe! Not the guinea pigs in the labs prior to rollout like it used to be.
Chuck Richards W7MRT, Heidi, Elaine & Borneo—–Thank you. Thank you, Thank you!!!! I was ‘warned about this crap back in 2013–thought not too much of it. Started reading about smart meters, then 5G and noticing a whole lotta bad stuff going on in my environment. Read up on nearly everyone you guys have mentioned, also try Peter Tocci too—he is really a great writer and knows all about this stuff. I have tried numerous times to post about this subject in my local ‘nextdoor neighbor’ forum, only to be told I was ‘fear mongering’ and that it was ‘too controversial’ and before you know, all of the posts on 5G and smart meters were deleted. There are many, many well written, informative articles out there on this subject, and I read one that mentioned that certain researchers were running tests for a certain big name cell phone company, and when their data didn’t come back as what the company wanted to see, they were told to scrub it or alter the test results so it would fall more in line with what they wanted. Those that refused, soon found themselves out of a job.
Yes, I do believe 5G AND 4G are both very harmful, and the telecom companies don’t care because they are raking in billions & billions of dollars on this shit. They don’t care how many get sick, nor what it does to the environment/animals. See activistpost .com, Peter tocci@geminipost, emf safety network, ot the Take back your power website. Keep fighting the good fight. We must, but I fear it may already be too late.
I have been seeing SO many articles and things coming out in the last few days since this arcticle came out. I was listening to Theodora today, and she was saying there were over 200 scientists that had come out saying do NOT do this, it is dangerous. They are of course ignored and overruled. Oram Miller was the name of the building biologist I had heard but could not remember his name. That was the first place I heard about dirty electricity from, and he also I believe is the one who was saying that in Europe they return the dirty electricity to the company (I guess they clean it, I can’t remember), but in the US it is just directed into the ground. Also heard an interview with Lloyd Burrell today with a building biologist in Britian; was a good interview on shielding, etc. Coming up in the 60s and 70s, it is just unbelievable to me that these people do not have to do safety studies and PROVE that their technology is safe. But they don’t do any studies at all. Remember that one where the congress member was asking the dudes about their safety studies; he wanted a copy of them. And he found out there were not any. At least that the industry people were ”aware” of! REALLY???? And this is allowed WHY???
Just saw on activistpost.com, a few days ago, that Catherine J. Frompovich, who was one of their leading writers on the health effects of both 5G & Smart Meters, is in a Hospice center , somewhere in southeastern Pa. She, since Dec. of 2019, has gotten a brain tumor, glaucoma, cataracts, & cancer—all while fighting to have the smart meter,& 5G boxes removed from her home. She has been battling the courts and the utilities for several years, trying to warn others of their harmful health effects, and documenting her journey. To see news that she is in this type of health state and possibly nearing the end of her life, was so shocking and saddened me terribly. Please everyone pray for her. She is a wonderful writer and needs our support to fight this horrendous death sentence she has been given. See? This is why we fight to warn people about. Please, EDUCATE yourself on this topic. She was telling us for years that this stuff causes cancer, fighting so hard to keep it off her home, and she was absolutely right. (see article by her, What You Get For $360 Per Day.). Have seen quite a lot going on with the science coming in on 5g and EMF’s, just since this article. Dr Mercola (just because he is a medical doctor does not mean he can’t learn about other things. And actually, this IS medical, because it effects the health of human bodies, animal bodies, plants and everything else! I just got this article from him re EMFs and 5G. He actually relies on people with science as well, as you can see from the article. https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2020/01/22/emf-pollution.aspx?cid_source=dnl&cid_medium=email&cid_content=art1HL&cid=20200122Z1&et_cid=DM440986&et_rid=795480865
but how to protect yourself from 5G in the street lamps which is somewhere already implemented ???
From my own experience as someone with EMF intolerance syndrome I can recommend to use 5G shielding paint EMF-Turtal. You can paint with an ordinary paint over it no problem. It shields Wi-Fi and all the rest of EMF’s extremely well! I got my EMF-turtal paint here from the UK https://emfclothing.com/en/22-emf-shielding-paint
They sell Leblok clothes what are the best for shielding self too!
I have been reading this article and I am very impressed with it. It is the first time that I’ve read a post like this one so far, it’s really valuable to me because we are in such an important period of our life right now. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us
